Although COVID-19 precautions have lifted  somewhat, I am conducting all visits via HIPAA-compliant video chat or phone for health and safety reasons.  We can discuss your preferences and schedule accordingly.   Please be aware that minimizing distractions in your environment and assessing your devices for functional technology (e.g. internet speed, video camera, microphone) will be key in determining which type of session will work best for you.
